CMSH Board of Directors distributes Christmas bonus and gifts to employees
The Board of Directors of Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) extended its appreciation to hospital employees through the distribution of Christmas baskets, jackets, and cash bonuses as part of the hospital’s year-end recognition for its workforce.
The cash bonus and other Christmas benefits were granted in acknowledgment of the employees’ productivity and dedication throughout the year, reflecting their vital role in sustaining the hospital’s daily operations and delivery of quality healthcare services. CMSH management highlighted that the incentives serve as token of gratitude for the employees’ continued commitment and hard work.
Corporate President Atty. Ernesto, Jr. A. Piedad thanked the employees for their efforts and sacrifices over the past year. In his statement, he encouraged employees to maintain unity and compassion, especially in serving patients and strengthening CMSH as an institution.
In his message, CMSH Chairman of the Board Dr. Edwin P. Villanueva reminded employees that happiness goes beyond material rewards and is deeply rooted in family and contentment. He further stressed the importance of delivering the kind of service that truly meets the needs of patients.
Employees, in turn, expressed gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed their commitment to further improve their performance and service to both patients and the hospital.
Prior to the employee assembly and the start of the distribution, CMSH also held a blessing of key hospital areas, including the CMSH Lobby, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Room, and Central Sterile Supply Room (CSSR).

BOD ng CMSH, patuloy sa pagkilala at pagpapahalaga sa serbisyo ng mga empleyado
Bilang pagpapakita ng pasasalamat at pagkilala sa sipag ng mga empleyado, sinimulan ng mga Board of Directors (BOD) ng Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) ang pamimigay ng Productivity Bonus ngayong Oktubre 9, 2025.
Ang bonus ay ipinagkaloob sa anyo ng 25-kilo ng Double Diamond rice para sa bawat empleyado bilang pasasalamat sa kanilang patuloy na pagseserbisyo at pagtutok sa dekalidad na pangangalaga sa mga pasyente.
Masaya at malugod na tinanggap ng mga empleyado ang biyaya mula sa pamunuan. Nagpaabot sila ng taos-pusong pasasalamat sa mga BOD at nangakong lalo pa nilang pagbubutihin ang kanilang trabaho, ang pag-aalaga sa mga pasyente, at ang pagbibigay ng dekalidad na serbisyo sa lahat ng nangangailangan.
Ito ay unang batch pa lamang ng pamimigay, at magpapatuloy pa ang distribusyon sa mga susunod na araw.
Ang hakbanging ito ay patunay ng pagpapahalaga ng mga BOD ng CMSH sa dedikasyon at sakripisyo ng kanilang mga lingkod.
WORLD PHARMACISTS DAY 2025
CMSH, ipinagdiwang ang World Pharmacists Day
Ipinagdiwang ng Cauayan Medical Specialists Hospital (CMSH) ngayong Huwebes, Setyembre 25, 2025, ang World Pharmacists Day na may temang “Think Health, Think Pharmacist.”
Bilang bahagi ng selebrasyon, namahagi ang CMSH ng libreng paracetamol sa mga pasyente at bisita upang paalala ang kahalagahan ng tamang paggamit ng gamot sa kalusugan. Bukod dito, nagpasaya rin ang ospital sa pamamagitan ng pamimigay ng libreng ice cream, na agad na ikinatuwa ng mga dumalo.
Layunin ng naturang aktibidad na kilalanin ang mga pharmacist bilang katuwang ng mga doktor at iba pang health professionals sa pagbibigay ng ligtas, epektibo, at abot-kayang serbisyong pangkalusugan.
Ayon sa pamunuan ng CMSH, ang World Pharmacist Day ay paalala na mahalaga ang bawat pharmacist hindi lamang sa pagbabasa ng reseta kundi pati sa paggabay sa tamang paggamit ng gamot upang mapangalagaan ang kalusugan ng komunidad.
